Our trip 4: Madoc and our trip home

After Kingston we headed to Madoc for the weekend, and Adam Candidated at the Madoc Wesleyan and Free Methodist Church. It was a great weekend, and we have since accepted the job offer. We are excited that sometime this Spring or Summer we will be moving to Madoc!

This is going to be our new home!

Evie at dinner on the way home - what a cutie!

Driving home on Monday we got caught in a snowstorm, and had to stop in Edmundston for an extra night. Although it was frustrating at first, it ended up being great for the girls! We were snowed in at a hotel with a fantastic pool :)

Daddy really enjoyed playing with our waterproof camera!

Look at our happy girls!

Our trip 3: Museum of Play and Kingston

On the way to Kingston we took the girls to the Museum of Play in Rochester. We didn't last too long, as everyone was really tired, but it's an amazing place! Ali had a fantastic time!

She BEGGED to ride the horsies!

She met the Berenstien Bears

Her and daddy were on Elmo's world, and counted with The Count

And made big puzzles that once completed light up the fish bowl on the left... very cool!
When we finally arrived in Kingston, she was so excited to see Grandma, Uncle Mike, and Uncle Matt!

'dooin' Uncle Matt's nails :)

Our trip 2: Houghton area

Ali had a great time with Em and Ben, reading books, feeding the "Fishies" playing with the puppy...

Dinner at Moonwinks

Alisa and Evie meet for the first time!

Our trip 1: driving and Buffalo

We went on quite a trip in March, which started with a 2 day drive to Pete and Lindsey's house in Buffalo, NY.

While driving through Mass. we saw a formation of fighter planes flying over the highway from a distance, you can see here how low it is to the road. Then, as we got closer...

... this one flew right above our car, close enough to shake the car, and then we took this picture on the other side as it was landing. It was crazy!

We were amazed at the size of the American Extra Large Tim Horton's - Adam is holding the Canadian extra large on the right side of the picture, and the American on the left... it's ridiculous!

Ali and Lindsey, off to look at the ducks in the water

Ali loved having someone new to play at the park with. This was hilarious - Ali wanted to use the monkey bars, but once she was up there she had no idea what to do, and was totally bored. It's like she was wondering why people did this!

We love this couple!!!

Ali and Rudy were a great pair - Ali loved feeding him!

The Pasiekas gave Ali a play-doh Ice Cream maker -- she loves it (and I think Lindsey did too!)

Pre-trip March

Ali loves reading her Heritage Makers books - she thinks it amazing that she and her family are in a book!

Ali went through a short phase of wanting to wrap babies up in blankets and snuggle them and dance around the room with them... so cute!

Evie sure loves that piano!

We went to the zoo for the first time in the snow. Most of the animals were hiding, but Ali loved it! Here she is posing with the reindeer.
