Welcome 2010!!

We are starting out 2010 with some adorable pictures of our amazing children!!!
What a beautiful girl! She was so proud of the puzzle she made :)
The girls made a pile of 'presents' for Liam (aka piling up all the toys in the house)... then lounged around it eating their snack.

Ali put them both to 'bed' in the living room
My sleeping cutie!
:) I love him!
Checking out Freddy (Ali's first favourite toy) for the first time!

Talking to Daddy!

My girls, all dressed up and singing and dancing with the Wiggles!

She just wants to hold him all the time!!
When Liam's in his bed, they put their stuffed animals in all his toys...
Evie made her own Lazy-Boy with Liam's bouncy seat and her new potty!

I love this! She is always trying to hold his hand (I don't like it when he's sleeping, but I think it's precious!!)

My 3 kids!!

She is getting more expresive with her body language - she is just too cute!!

How gorgeous is she?!?

They stole baby wipes and were trying to clean the windows... can't wait until they can really clean things for me!!!

Sledding for the first time

Ali and her friend Sarah!

Just chillin with Daddy!

They asked to watch tv with Liam, I put him in his seat so they got their little chairs! So funny!

I put Liam down to help get the girls ready for bed, and Ali insisted on tucking the bunny in with him... so cute!

Our 1 month old!!
He's now 9Lbs 2oz, and 22 inches long... growing well!!

The rest of December!!

This is it! This post finishes up December and closes out 2009 :) What a crazy year it has been!

Liam's first time in the swing... unfortunately, as of right now he doesn't really like it... will only swing a few minutes and then decides he'd rather be held!
His first little bath!!

So precious

Kels and Brody came to meet him!
Ali's watching tv here, and Evie is just enjoying the snuggle time... she loves to hold hair and suck her thumb when she's tired.

Evie trying to ride Ali's horse!! It's a little long and a little heavy for her, but so cute!

Uncle Matt and Uncle Mike came to meet their first nephew!
They'd count and 'roar!' and Adam timed this shot perfectly!
Look at that - Mike can already handle two!! Snuggling Liam and reading to Evie.

Ali and the gingerbread house she made, courtesy of Dickie and Doey! She is so proud of it!

:)

Liam, chilling and helping mommy wrap some Christmas presents

My beautiful middle child on Christmas Eve!
CHRISTMAS!!
Our 3 kiddo's!
The girls got dress up ballet outfits from Emily and LOVE them!

The girls had to sit and wait between presents - they are so excited!

The girls helping daddy open his pottery mugs!

Great grandma and her first great grandson - I love how you can see him looking right at her :)

playing with their new train!

She sure loves her little brother!

Pete and Linz came to visit!!

Practice for their little one, coming in just a few short weeks!!

My favourite pregnant lady!

Me and my girl, snuggling for the first time!!

Liam is trying out his Christmas present.

The girls being Liam's doctor...

Grandma Heather came for a visit on New Years Eve, to meet Liam and celebrate Christmas

This was the extent of our New Years Eve celebrations - the girls being hilarious in their bath, and then a few episodes of West Wing in bed... we were so tired!!
Happy 2010 everyone!!

November Family & Maternity Photos

We are totally going out of order here, but that's our life right now!!

Ali's Ballet

On Dec. 16 Ali`s ballet class had their Christmas open house. Mommy and Liam had to miss out, but everyone else got to go watch our little ballerina do her thing!!

One proud daddy :)

Ali`s favourite friend - Sarah
Ali's ballet friends - Sarah, and Charlotte

Whoever got the front on of this one got a great shot, but I love how you can see Danielle wanting to be in with the big girls in this one... such a cutie!

December, pre-Liam

We were given some used 'tool' toys, since there will be a boy in our house, and the girls turned them into hair dressing tools and took turns doing each other's hair... ha!

The girls enjoying their first time out in the snow of the year! Ali had a blast, but it got old pretty quick for Evie.

Our little family, right before Mommy headed to the hospital (and Daddy headed to church).

That's it... I guess we were too busy getting ready for the baby to take many pictures during the first half of December!!

November part 2

So, since we are well into January, I better catch up with some photos... here's the rest of November!!

Evie waking Ali up from one of her last nap times!!

"Hewo?"

The girls love to watch dvd's together, and I think it is adorable how they sit on the couch!

Ali and Daddy, waiting in the ATM line at IKEA

One well used rocking horse!!

In November we headed to Ottawa for a wonderful baby shower for our little Liam!

Apparently the guys learned that the more kids you have the faster you can drink water out of a bottle ;)
She's superwoman! Carrying both little ones and still such a great smile. My girls adore them!

Kels and Molly! So precious!!

Uncle Mike stopped in one Sunday afternoon and the girls sure kept him busy!!
I LOVE this picture :)

The girls, upon first seeing that both of their beds are in the same room! They were each fascinated by the other's bed, and were so excited to be sharing a room!!

Since Ali and Danielle are both Dual Citizens, we celebrated American Thanksgiving with the MacDonalds in Kingston... on our way Ali rode in her brand new car seat for the first time! She's growing up!!

She loved the little table they had, and set up the teddy bears as if they were each reading their own book - so cute!

Ali trying to get the big ball up the stairs... a little challenging when it is so much bigger than you!

They are so cute!

Our beautiful girls, on their way to church on a sunny fall afternoon

All bundled up watching the Santa Claus parade with our friends, the Lakes, from our front yard

She is such a goof, and has taken to rolling around on the floor ;)

How cute is that!

They sure love each other!

November part 1

Look at those beautiful eyes! My little one is growing up fast.

Evie, trying on Ali's Halloween costume, But wait -- you forgot the hat!!
That's better!

She discovered a new favourite toy - building towers! Whenever she wants to do it she starts pointing and saying 'Towwwe, Towwwe..." so sweet!

She's pretty proud!

One morning she was pretty tired... mommy left the room to start lunch and returned to a sleeping girl!!

Ali's loves to gallop around the house!

My stylish girls showing off their new scarves!

Our amazing, faithful, Maggie!

Ali, pretending to walk Maggie, using her scarf...

What a sweet child...
She sure is a beautiful girl :)
Ali, 'talking' with Maggie...
Evie decided this week that she is too big for her chair.... she insisted on sitting up like the rest of the family to eat her food - look how little (yet huge) she looks!!

October part 3

Amy came down for the weekend, and we had a fantastic (although tiring!) weekend. The girls loved playing and doing crafts with her!

Out on our walk to the bakery
There is a big gross frog there, on the edge of the white line, that the girls are looking at

Amy brough Ali part of her halloween costume - wings to go with her hat and antena!!
She was one happy kid!

We met our long-lost friends at Chuck E Cheese in Kingston - the girls had such a blast with all the Hallett kids, and mommy sure enjoyed seeing them and Kim! What a great morning :)
I love this look on Ali's face! She was so happy to be with her friends!!

Evie enjoys playing in the jungle gym with Karaline!

All the big kids eating lunch

Ali thought it was pretty neat that she could control this seat all by herself

Evie loved riding this bus!

October part 2

When Daddy went out of town, Mommy visited some friends with the girls!! The girls had a blast!

She was so proud that she could climb up the steps... but she never made it past this one :)

At the Nepean Museum -- the girls took turns being the police officer, and locking everyone up in the jail!

So cute!

So cute, even if they wouldn't look at the camera! (Evie loves to sit with Ali, although Ali rarely puts up with it!)

Daddy and his smiley girl!! (One last one I had to post from before we left)

Halloween 2009

Although we were sick, Daddy's love for Halloween and Batman enabled us to get ready for halloween at the last second - including carving a pumpkin around 4pm on October 31st!

This was Ali's first pumpkin experience - she was pretty grossed out, but fascinated by the final result!

Our daddy is Batman!

Evie, the 102nd Dalmation

And Ali, the Ladybug! She only went to 2 houses, but was super proud of her candy! She also did a fantastic job of putting items in other peoples bags (until a scary costume came along!)

Fall Fun 2

This morning we went Apple Picking!!! We had a fantastic morning as a family :)

Getting all bundled up to head out!
Learning the right way to take the apple off the tree.

Helping Mommy with the first few

She was so proud when she could do it herself!

Evie helping Daddy

Ali wanted to help Daddy get the apples up at the top :)

I got it!!!

Yeay! Look at our apples!

Evie enjoyed carrying them from the trees to the bag.

The bag filled up much quicker than we expected!

What a beautiful day!

The girls :)

Pumpkins!

It's hard to tell, but they are watching the big black pigs eat their lunch

and the ducks too!

One very happy family!

Evie loved the bunnies the most!

One lady who worked there came and opened the cage, and brought us some cabbage... the bunnies were so happy!

She even took one out so the girls could pet it!

Fall Fun

Playing in the Leaves!!!!!

We quickly learned that if you throw leaves, Maggie will jump for them. She had so much fun!

My beautiful, happy girl!

Love it!

My timing was a little off with their kiss...

Bubbles!!

Evie is a little 'too cool' to get excited over leaves ;)

October part 1

Attempting to get a good shot of my two girls together... very hard to do... the first is realistic (Evie's favourite pose.... left thumb in mouth, right hand in hair) The second I love -- look how they are looking at each other and laughing!!

Evie likes Maggie the best when she's higher up than her!

Mommy's Birthday!

Evie was excited, you would have thought she knew what would happen next...
YUMMY! Cupcakes!!!

the remainder of September...

Just a few of our cuties from the last part of the month...
Evie desperately wanted to wear Ali's fairy costume... but refused to let me take her PJ's off first... so cute!
Ali all ready for her dance class!

Daddy making sure he has all the appropriate equipment for his first hockey game in over 5 years
And the girls need to ensure that the helmet is just as fun on them ;)

Look at me!!

Evie sure is a snuggler

Evie has discovered that stacking blocks is a lot of fun, and oh so easy!

On this morning, I went to get Ali dressed for church, and she saw the clothes in my hand and said "No Mommy! I need to wear the big blue dress, the one that was yours!!" How do you say no to that?

She loves to make it spin!

Wish I had the audio to go with this shot for you!

Ben and Em stopped by for a visit - I love that they, Ali, and Keough all managed to fit on the loveseat to read some books.
September flew by, I still can't believe it and we're already a third of the way through October!
