Summer Excursion Day 1: The first leg: Brunswick, Maine

On Sunday we decided that we wanted to go to Boston. We left on Monday, but with two kids under two the driving took quite a long time, and our first day we only made it to Brunswick, Maine.

Ali was in the back eating goldfish, and decided that her dolly needed some too...
After a couple of hours of driving, and poor Ali getting sick all over herself and her car seat, we stopped at a McD's with a play place so Ali could enjoy herself for a bit. This was the first time she was in one of these alone, but she did quite well manouvering everything on her own... she's growing up!!

After stopping closer than we had planned, we settle into our hotel... Ali took poor Evie's bed, so she had to sleep on her makeshift floor bed. Definitely a long and difficult day!
